- هذا الموقع مُراقَب بشكل كامل من قبل إدارة قسم الهندسة المعمارية في جامعة البصرة، ويتم تسجيل ومتابعة جميع الإجراءات التي تتم داخله. وفي حال صدور أي إساءة، أو تجاوز، أو سلوك مخالف للأعراف الجامعية والأخلاق العامة، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية وفق الأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها في كلية الهندسة.
- يحق للكوادر المخوّلة مراجعة كافة المواد والصور المنشورة داخل الموقع. وفي حال نشر أي محتوى غير لائق، سيتم الاحتفاظ به لأغراض التوثيق، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بحق الشخص الذي قام بنشره.
- كما أن جميع صور الطلبة محمية قانونياً من قبل إدارة القسم، ويُمنع منعاً باتاً استخدامها أو إعادة نشرها أو الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض شخصية أو مسيئة. نحن نؤمن بقيمة واحترام كل طالب لدينا، ولن نقبل بأي شكل من أشكال الإساءة أو الإضرار بهم.
- ويجب أن تكون جميع المشاريع المنشورة في هذا الموقع أعمالاً أصلية لصاحب الحساب، ويُحظر نشر مشاريع تعود لغيره. كما يمنع نشر الدرجات أو التقييمات الرقمية، لأن الهدف الأساسي من هذا الموقع هو إبراز الجهود، وعرض الإبداع، وتسليط الضوء على أعمال الطلبة بوصفها نتاجاً للشغف والعمل — وليس أرقاماً أو مقارنات. نسعى لتوفير مساحة عادلة للجميع دون تمييز أو تقليل أو إحباط لأي طالب
- This website is fully monitored and supervised by the Administration of the Department of Architecture at the University of Basrah. All activity carried out on this platform is tracked. Any misuse, violation of public ethics, or inappropriate conduct may lead to disciplinary procedures in accordance with the regulations of the College of Engineering.
- All images and content submitted by users may be reviewed by the authorized staff members. Any content that is considered inappropriate or violates ethical standards may be stored for documentation purposes and may result in disciplinary action against the person who published it.
- All students’ photographs are legally protected by the Department Administration. It is strictly prohibited to use, share, store, or republish students’ images for offensive, harmful, or personal purposes. We respect and value all our students, and we do not tolerate any form of harm or abuse directed toward them.
- Any project submitted to this platform must be the original work of the person who posts it. Publishing work prepared by others is strictly prohibited. Sharing academic grades or evaluation scores is not allowed, as the primary goal of this platform is to support creativity, highlight student efforts, and showcase architectural work based on passion and hard work — not numerical assessment. Our purpose is to provide equal exposure for all students without comparison, discouragement, or discrimination.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.
